How do I get my order?

How soon will I receive my order?

Up to 3 business days, excluding holidays and Saturdays.

האם ניתן לבטל הזמנה לאחר שכבר בוצעה?

There are two options:

1. Suppose the shipment has already been collected from our warehouse. In that case, it will be necessary to coordinate a new collection from your address and return it to our warehouse according to the transaction cancellation policy.

2. Suppose the shipment is not picked up from our warehouse. In that case, you can cancel the order immediately and receive full credit to your credit card account according to the cancellation policy and the Consumer Protection Law.

במקרה של ביטול הזמנה, כיצד אני מקבלת החזר כספי?

After the item has been returned to our warehouse and checked that it is not damaged, you will receive a full credit to your credit card within 14 days according to your credit company policy.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

Sorry for the inconvenience! We do our best to locate production defects. The defective item will be collected from you and replaced with a new identical item.

**PLEASE NOTE this exchange will only be possible if the defect is reported on the day of delivery or the day after and if after an inspection in our offices, it turns out that the defect in question indeed left our warehouse in this way.

In case the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund to your credit card according to the cancellation policy of the credit card company.
